Hi everyone! I'm Luis Venturi, a Peruvian digital product designer with over 8 years of experience in the field. I have a background as a front-end developer and I'm currently focused on building products with non-code tools.
I'm currently Senior Product Designer at Banco Pichincha, where I work with the product and brand team to improve and drive innovations to our product. Also I'm currently building PichanGo, a digital product that seeks to drive the growth of Peruvian soccer through amateur soccer matches.
I specialize in designing digital products with a human-centric approach. Throughout these years I had the great opportunity to work on wonderful projects and companies such as banking, insurance, mass consumption, startups and more. I work closely with product and technology teams to work together to build the best possible product.
Design Process

My design approach is human-centric. I focus on developing functional processes to enhance products and services. This involves streamlining complex processes through various stages.

discovery

At this stage we focus on discovering and understanding the needs of the people we are designing for, which are usually divided between the business and the user.

We employ a range of tools and methodologies to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs, expectations and pains.

DESIGN

In this stage we focus on materialising what we discovered in the previous episode, we do this through different methodologies, tools that allow us to solidify our findings.

Here we will be able to see different deliverables such as ux architecture, wireframes, ui design and we will have the opportunity to test this with users.

DELIVERY

In this stage we focus on preparing everything we have designed up to that moment for the development team, what you might know as hand-off.

This stage is very important, because it depends on this that our design will be well captured at the time of passing it to code. Then, having done the hand-off, we do a constant follow-up.
